Introduction

Welcome to AI Conversation, where you can turn temperature data into actionable insights with AI‑powered conversations. 
 
AI Conversation is an AI agent that conducts short, anonymous chat‑based conversations with your team to help you understand what is driving changes in the team temperature. It gathers honest input, analyses the responses, and gives you clear insights you can act on right away.
 

 

How it works

  1. Spot a topic: review your team's temperature data and choose one you want to understand better. Available question categories in the closed beta are Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Work Situation.

  2. Start a conversation: invite your team to a confidential, anonymous AI Conversation. The AI conducts individual 10-20 minute conversations with each team member.

  3. Let AI listen: once you launch, your team gets notified by email and in the app. They open it and have an anonymous conversation directly with the AI.

  4. Act on insights: when the conversation closes, you receive an anonymised summary with key themes, shared concerns, positive highlights, and prioritised actions to move forward.

AI Conversation uses the same science-based research that powers our pulse surveys, ensuring results are reliable and grounded in the same framework.

What your team experiences

Your team members receive an anonymous invitation to a text-based chat conversation with an AI. The conversation takes 10–20 minutes. The AI asks thoughtful, open-ended follow-up questions. Team members can respond on their desktops and can skip any question they prefer not to answer. 


How we protect the team's anonymity

The AI prompt is designed to remove any personal or identifying details before the text is processed, and all replies remain completely anonymous. Read more about the AI model: AI-powered features in Winningtemp.

All input is then aggregated, so individual responses can never be viewed. The default anonymity threshold is 5 respondents, meaning a synthesis is generated only when at least 5 unique team members have participated.

This protects anonymity and ensures that insights can never be traced back to individuals.
