What is AI Conversation?
AI Conversation is an anonymous AI chat where employees are asked questions and share their feedback and experience in free text. The AI will ask the employee to exemplify and elaborate on a specific topic chosen by the manager. The chat lasts around 10 minutes and is never shared or visible to anyone but the employee. This format complement the traditional recurring survey format with a chat-based experience. Employees respond in their own words, and Winningtemp's AI synthesizes their responses into a clear, actionable summary for the manager, providing the missing context of why scores have shifted and what the manager can do about it.ย
This means managers spend less time interpreting data and more time having the right conversations with their teams. HR teams benefit too, with less time spent guiding managers through results and more focus on strategic work.
Getting started with AI Conversation
1. Set up your AI Conversation Once enabled, navigate to Create survey โ AI Conversation in your Winningtemp account and select AI Conversation. Choose which team or group should receive it and set your preferred send date and time.
2. Employees receive the conversation Team members receive a notification via email, inviting them to share how they're doing. The experience is conversational and takes just a few minutes to complete.
3. Review your team summary Once the conversation closes, managers receive a team-level summary in their dashboard. The summary includes key themes, context behind any score shifts, and suggested next steps.
When should you use AI Conversation?
AI Conversation works best when you want to go deeper than scores alone. Here are some situations where it adds the most value:
