How it works: high-level
- HR or the manager spots a trend shift in the temperature data, and you want to understand the “why” behind the change.
- Managers invite their team to a confidential AI‑guided conversation as a follow‑up to pulse surveys.Â
- The conversations are completely anonymous and help explain the reasons behind the team’s results.
- Managers then receive an anonymised summary with synthesised insights, key themes, shared concerns, and positive highlights.
- The AI provides recommended actions, helping managers move from insight to action faster and strengthen employee engagement.Â
