Get started
Open the Temperature page, click Generate report, and choose Engagement Report. See Create an engagement report for the full walkthrough.
Choose what the report covers
Pick a specific team as the main subject of your report, or use your organisation's total results instead. Whichever you choose is clearly labelled throughout the report, so nobody has to guess whose results they're looking at.
You can also add up to 18 additional teams. Each one gets its own section in the report, shown side by side with your main results, so you can break results down or compare teams directly.
For any team's results, choose whether they should include data from subteams or only from members placed directly in that team. This keeps the numbers accurate whether you're reviewing a whole department or a single frontline team.
Compare against a benchmark
Add a benchmark to your main results, and to any additional teams you include. Choose between the Winningtemp index, your organisation, your industry, or your company group, if that's available to you. This gives every score in the report some context.
The power of PowerPoint
With the convenient PowerPoint format, you can either use the presentation as it is (it's great!) or copy the graphs into your own presentations as you please.

The top & bottom three categories
With our top and bottom three categories, you can quickly get an overview of your organisation's highest and lowest-performing areas.

Streak
A category that has consistently appeared in the top or bottom 3 for at least the last 2 months. This will show the number of consecutive months the category has been in the top or bottom 3. -
Back in the top or bottom three
A category that previously appeared in the top or bottom three within the last 12 months fell out of the top or bottom three and has now returned. -
New in the Top or bottom three
A category that has not appeared in the top or bottom three in the last 12 months and is now ranked in the top or bottom 3 for the first time.
