Introduction
The Temperature page lets you view, explore, and analyse all temperature data in one central location. Whether you're part of a team, managing one, or a System Administrator, this page helps you quickly understand how things are going — all from a single view.
Select a team or segment
You can access all your teams or segments using the Team or segment dropdown menu. The more permission sets you have, the more teams you’ll see in the list. The list includes:
- Teams you're a member of.
- Teams you manage.
- Any teams you have permission to view.
Click the dropdown menu and select a team or segment to load its temperature data.
🔒 Understand your permission sets
Next to the team selector, you'll see your permission set, which shows your access level for the selected team or segment. For example:
-
Sysadmin – You have System Administrator permission, allowing you to manage organisation-wide settings, integrations, and user access, including visibility into this team.
-
Manager – You have Manager permissions for this team, giving you access to its temperature data.
-
Member – You are a direct member of this team, and your temperature responses are included in this team's results.
- Contributor - You contribute temperature data to this team, even if you are not a direct member. This is typically due to hierarchical inclusion or anonymised data aggregation.
Hover over your permission set to see what each role includes.
Response participation
In the response participation section, you'll see the total number of users in the selected team or segment, along with the percentage of users who answered at least one survey during the selected time period.
