When a periodic survey round closes, you get a ready-to-share snapshot of the results, sent straight to your inbox.

The summary email

The summary email lands in your inbox automatically when a round closes. You don't need to log in to see what happened; you get the headlines straight away.

System Administrators, HR Leaders, and People Analysts receive their summary email as soon as the round closes, allowing them to review the results and decide whether to publish. Managers receive theirs once the results are published.

What's in the email depends on your role:

Manager Top 3 and bottom 3 categories, change from the previous round, response rate, comment count, and any incidents flagged for your team.
Department manager (with subteams) The same as Manager, with team-spotlight signals so you can spot which subteams need attention.
HR leader (HR business partner) An organisation-level view with participation gaps, top/bottom categories, and benchmark comparison.
System administrator & people analyst A confirmation that the round closed successfully, with a link into the tool for deeper analysis.

 

What happens if a round is reopened

If your System Administrator reopens a round and later closes it again, the summary email is resent, and any downloaded PDF for that round is now out of date. Generate a fresh one to make sure you're working with the final numbers.
