We've shipped a number of updates since early summer. Here's what's new and why it's worth a look.
Engagement Report
Managers can now generate Engagement Reports directly, without waiting on HR. Report on any level in your organisation where you have access — teams, departments, or offices — and set separate benchmarks for your main and comparison results. Choose aggregated results or direct members only, whichever fits.
How to get started
Open Results & analysis → Temperature, click Generate report, and select Engagement Report. For the full walkthrough, read Create an engagement report or learn more about what's in the report in What is the engagement report?
Deep Dive Family
Deep dives
You can now start a Deep Dive directly from the Temperature View. With a single click, you can create a Focus Survey, start an AI conversation, or initiate a Temperature Meeting. The team and category are automatically pulled from the dashboard, so you don’t have to configure the same settings multiple times.
You can also add a short explanation of why you’re sending the Deep Dive, giving the team the right context and helping them understand its purpose.
AI Conversation
AI Conversation just got faster. Here's what else is new:
- Two new PDF reports, so you get insights at both the manager/organisational level and the team level.
- eNPS Deep Dives is the new question category that helps you explore the why behind the score.
- Org-wide surveys let you run one survey across the whole organisation, with results rolled up at parent-team or sub-team level.
- SMS & check-in support, so employees can join AI Conversation from wherever they work.
Periodic analysis tweaks
Based on your feedback, we've adjusted how Periodic surveys work: only the response rate is visible while a survey is running, and full insights unlock once it closes. Multiple Periodic surveys and survey rounds can now be viewed together in one Temperature analysis view.
Languages
Our questions are now available in 39 languages, with Albanian the latest addition. Employees can now also update their language setting directly from the check-in.

This week, Comments and conversations are live in one place, making it easier to spot what needs attention and take action fast. Smarter filters, grouped comments, translations, and Focus Survey comments help you find the right feedback faster.
