- Review all the questions before sending them out, and personalise any questions. Go here: Standard survey
- We recommend only making minor changes that don't change the question's meaning. For example, remove "supervisor" from the question: "Do you feel that your immediate manager/supervisor at XX is available when you need to get in contact with him/her?"

After using Winningtemp for a couple of weeks
- Update the user's tab if you have any new employees or if a user resigns. Pause accounts for employees who are on parental leave or long sick leave.

Otherwise, employees might lose interest and stop answering the question mailings. You can use the PDF report for this.
